Convergence...

Somehow I believe the convergence got changed and now there is a shadow of blue and/or red in the picture. I can't seem to get it adjusted correctly so that the picture isn't shadowy. HELP !!! I've tried all 8 of the red and blue adjustment #'s but none of them seem to work. HELP !!!
