Question About Toshiba Flat Panel Television 55A60R
either sound or picture but not both...

We just got this tv tonight. It was working fine at the home where we picked it up. We've hooked it up, and by pushing the video 1 button we get sound but no picture. By pushing the colorStream button we get a picture but no sound. How can we get both?
