Question About Toshiba Flat Panel Television None
Ghost on Channel 11...

Only on Channel 11 does a severe ghost appear. It appears that we are seeing the shadowy image of what will appear in about a second or so. Neither of the other TV's do this. How can I get rid of the ghosting? Thanks in advance
