How to your reset the V-Chip if you forgot the Password?...

How to your reset the V-Chip if you forgot the Password? nI have had this tv since we bought it brand new years ago,... but I need to reset the channel lock out, or v-chip and I can not remember the password. IS there a way to set it back to factory defaults or reset the password? Many Thanks Dan
