I have the 47 HL 167 Toshiba Regza and when I plug in an HDMI cable from my PC into HDMI port 2 or port 3 the input selector on the TV still reflects HDMI2 and 3 as grayed out. Why? When I replace the cable box HDMI cable with the PC HDMI cable I can view output from the PC.
