Question About Toshiba Flat Panel Television 23WLT56B
Manual/instruction book...

Lost the manual in the recent move ! Now find the little clock on the frame is permanently lit green when the TV is on and cannot change the programme. Its it firmly STUCK on the currently programme. Have tried EVERYTHING ! No manual so can't fathom what to do next. Any ideas ??? Please !
