Question About Toshiba Flat Panel Television 42HL196
need service manual and diagrams...

The TV went dead after a thunderstorm. I can hear the sound but see only narrow vertical colored lines. The menu does not show up. When I change channels the lines start distorting and the screen start slowly changing color into dark blue as if I had an animated psycodelic screen server.
