Question About Toshiba Flat Panel Television 46H84
Picture blinking...

For approx. 1 month the picture appears to be blinking, then about 2 weeks ago, the color has gone really bad, and picture is dark. Adjusting no longer works... please let me know what I can do to fix it. Thanks, Kristin
