Strangely enough the picture on my Toshiba 50HP86 is too big, I'm missing the top and bottom part of all pictures no matter what stations I'm watching. This just started recently. In the SETUP mode I do not have access to PICTURE SIZE or PICTURE SCROLL as they are greyed out and of course the PIC SIZE on the remote is not available either. This is very annoying as if I'm watching something with sub-titles I can't see them. Please help.
