Question About Toshiba Flat Panel Television 23HLV85
Red Power Light Blinking - No Video...

TV was on, then it shut itself off and won't turn back on. The red light indicating the TV is on starts blinking every time I try to turn on the TV, no video, it just links very slowly forever and nothing happens.
