Toshiba 32C100ui....Whenever I connect my desktop ...

Toshiba 32C100ui....Whenever I connect my desktop or laptop using the VGA port on the TV, I get a green color background. Even which I go into the computer bios, I see green and also when computer is loading windows, I get a green background instead of a black background.
