UNABLE TO STITCH ON TV WLT68...

SOMETIMES TAKES UPTO 20 ATTEMPTS TO GET THE GREEN ACTIVE LCD TO COME ON, THEN WHEN IT DOES GO OUT AND ONE PRESSES TO SWITCH ON THE SET NOTHING HAPPENS ,JUST STAYS RED. CAN ANY ONE HELP!!
