IT is a Toshiba "40" LCD HDTV 40E210U NOT a Toshiba 50l5200u cant browse the channels with my remote, I must punch in the exact channel Im looking for. Bought a new remote and its doing the same thing. Chanels wont move up or down manually on my t.v channel mover either, that's why I think its locked, and I need the manual to reset t.v. code lock.where, on the internet can I download manual?????
