Question About Toshiba Projection Television TLP-T61M
Camera not working...

I have the above listed document projector with camera and I am not able to get the camera arm to work. I did get it to start flickering but nothing else. I tried turning the lights off and it still flickered. HELP!!! I am trying to fix this for a fellow teacher.
