My tv will not turn on with the light next to powe...

My tv will not turn on with the light next to power button is flashing constantly. What does this mean where the screen is blacked out when the power is on and the light is constantly flashing.I unplugged for atleast 30 min to reset and I pushed in ythe reset button on rear of TV?thx
