Question About Toshiba Projection Television 46HMX85
red light,green light flashing...

turn tv on you can hear tv try to turn on,red light comes on then green light flashes,then tv turns off and keeps on repeating this over and over,you can hear noise from speakers,like a blank chanel,but no picture ever tries to apear,someone threw out my owners manual so just trying to get some input. Brad

0 It sounds like you need a new lamp. You will have to have one ordered for you. I just had this happen to me, and I called a TV repair shop and the guy is ordering me one for about $250.00. You need the manual in order to install it yourself, otherwise it's another $60 -$80 for them to do it for you. The part number is found on the backside of the little compartment that screws off on the side of your TV.Good Luck.
