Every 20-24hrs a horizontal pop-up occurs, approx 120mm by 40mm asking the question,"SHUT DOWN?" which requires a tick-box YES?NO answer It is a complete nuisance & I can"t remove it there being nothing in settings tohelp me! Can you help please? ttimothy.hurford@ntlworld.com
