I have a LCDTV/DVD combination Model# 24V4210U. I played a DVD last night, but now am not able to get TV reception. I turned the DVD power off and tried turning TV on, but I just get a screen of static, no picture. It says Cable in the bottom left hand corner of screen, but no cable picture. I also tried downloading the manual, but computer says website cannot be reached or a page comes up saying it is forbidden.
