Question About Toshiba TV DVD Combo MW24FP1
v-chip...

I recently purchased this tv for one of my kids, from a pawn shop. The tv says that it's blocked by a v-chip and I need a password. I used a universal remote on the set, but it won't let me get to the menu or watch any other channels.
