I have an RCA 32" flat screen tv. Serial #J361E1750 Model #L32HD41. It takes 5 minutes to get a picture after turning the tv on. When I finally get a picture it is very dim. Screen is almost black but slightly visible picture. I was told it is the backlight inverter board. Can anyone confirm this or is it something else or a combination of things wrong. Cheers, Mike
