Question About Universal Electronics Universal Remote DVR/PVR 5
Dead Remote...

Remote dropped on hard floor now nothing works. Put in new batteries, no lights or activity on different buttons. This is remote from Brighthouse Cable. Is it fixable or should I get another one from cable company?
