Question About Universal Electronics Universal Remote UEI
Red "Setup" light turns off after entering four digits...

When programming, the remote responds to holding the setup key and the red light stays on. After the fourth digit in the code, the red light goes off. No blinking or anything, it just goes off and therefore cannot be programmed to the tv or satellite.
