The arrow (up and down) keys, along with the center "ok/select" button do not work. Somehow the remote lost 'synchronicity' with the cable box, and I think I got that fixed by entering a 40digit code. However, the arrow keys then stopped working. For example, if I go to "menu" the arrow keys do not arrow down to select DVR or any other option on the list.
