5 urc7812 NETGEAR Press and hold TV until LED blinks twice, Press 9-9-1. Press 1 and hold POWER button (PLAY button) Press CHANNEL + until the TV turns off. When TV shuts off press 4 until LED blinks twice. Press and hold NETGEAR until LED blinks twice, Enter your 5 digit code. When NETGEAR shuts off press ENTER until LED blinks twice. Press and hold NETGEAR until LED blinks twice, Press 981 - Four blinks - Two blinks.
