Question About Universal Remote Control Universal Remote CLIKR-5
Programming Problem...

My universal remote will not program to my cable box. As a result, I can not access my dvr or change any channels. It will, however, program to turn my tv on and off and will change the volume. This is a brand new remote that I received today from Time Warner to replace one that was two months old doing almost the same thing.
