0 ViewSonic VA1912wb when it goes to sleep or to ready mode I have to (prime it) turn it on and off what it try to create a picture sizzle a bit and finally after about 5 minutes it locks like a fluorescent fixture with a bad ballast is there a ballast or like component I can service have worked on CRT and have a technical background
