Question About ViewSonic Projection Television VS11949
My bulb went out purchsed another Model # VS11950,...

My bulb went out purchsed another Model # VS11950, serial # QTP091101040 put it in and it didn't come on. Checked power source coming in on the power cord it had 120 volts checked the power leads where the bulb plugs in and had only 20 volts. What's my problem?
