TV turns on then off over and over....

TV turns on and off over and over untill I unplug it!

1 Sounds like the lamp needs to be replaced. One thing you might want to also check are the fans that are located above and to the right of the lamp. If they aren't spinning or are not spinning fast enough then the heat from the lamp is building up inside and prematurely burning out the lamp. Sometimes these fans get clogged up dust and don't spin as well as they should. Hope this helps.
