I bought this TV for my mother for christmas and now she is having trouble saving scanned channels. I have scanned for channels numerous times but lately you can turn to some of the channels and then 2 seconds later, it goes black but tv is still on. Is it the tv or the remoter? Noone else in her building is haveing trouble with their cable channels.
