I can't get the remote and tv to coordinate. I went to menu and set program to auto search, when it read 100 percent i pushed o k on the remote. The remote worked fine. Turned the t v off with the remote. when i wanted to watch t v again, i used the remote to turn on the t v and all of the channels were gone. repeated the above steps and same problem no picture. what should i do?
