I HAVE ASKED a question regarding the black xcreen on our tv that we bought ( vizio), no one has gotten back to me, i find it awful that now that i have purchased a tv ( 3 yrs ago) and it no longer works , that i am just disregarded...i will be telling everyone i know about the tv i bought that only !! last 3yrs....
