I have Dish Satellite service. The volume & on/off on the Dish remote quit working. I was hoping to be able to download a PDF copy of the Users Manual for Mod.# M55DSL S/N# LAQKMCCN 3600124 to see if there could be a problem with the TV. The Volume & on/off work fine when using the buttons on the side of the TV. With the Dish system connected the original remote doesn't work at all. Any idea what could be the problem? I've talk to the Dish Tech. four times about this problem without any success.
