Back of Vizio E280-Bi purchased at Walmart has Part #10222011221 listed and LTT3PRFQ3801458. Attached cable but get only No signal in reply. Followed Quick Start Guide instructions but could find no on-line source as listed: support.VIZIO.com; click search (not found); enter TV model: Vizio E280-B1; click searc h now (nopt found) click usr manual in English; save on computer. Need help setting up so I can use this TV.
