i NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SET MY REMOTE CORRECTLY. The volume and on/off buttons work, but I can only move to two channels. I have Dish service. The number pad does not respond. What can I do to select all the available channels and get the number pad to respond? My new set is a Vizio ModeE2421-A1.
