Disney Hannah Montana HM1500LT TV A/V Out not work...

Disney Hannah Montana HM1500LT TV A/V Out not working, I am trying to pass the signal in through the HM 1500 through the AV OUT but no signal out. I have read online it is an output/input so how do I switch to output on the AV Out.

0 I am using the PC 15 Pin D-Sub connector for input and want to pass that signal out from the A/V Out to a TV or other devices. But it appears to not be sending signal out. How do I enable the output?
