We were having issues with the picture on our screen and went to the manufacturer's website, downloaded the firmware update according to our serial number, and now the tv will not load past a blank screen! Westinghouse insists there's not an update for our tv, so won't help us! At this point, we're just looking for the old firmware to try and restore it to functioning--any advice?
