Model UW40T2Bw (SN7041Y22401064) is not responding to either remote control or to controls on bottom RH side of TV. Can turn set on, but menu items and input settings don't respond. They may appear and then start bouncing around from setting to setting on their own. Is there a hard reset that can solve this problem. The TV has hardly ever been used.
