0 Can you please advise me on the loss of sound - it went during the change over and upgrade of my BT TV and broadband this afternoon, was fine this morning literally untill the lights on the hub started flashing indicating that BT were loading up etc - surely cannot be a coincidence. BT seem to think its the TV and asked me to contact you. Thank you - Wendy Boyd.
