Description
This escape code is used to wait for an HDMI hotplug event.
Output Data Structure Definition
Block the user thread until the HDMI is plugged in, then return ESC_HDMI_PLUG_IN, or plugged out, then return
ESC_HDMI_PLUG_OUT.
