Playback Features
Pause During Playback
Press the | button on the VCR or the Remote Control.
• The VCR enters Pause mode after moving two or three frames.
• If the paused picture on the TV screen jumps vertically, press the PR+ and –
buttons on the Remote Control until the picture is steady.
• Still picture stops automatically after about 5 minutes to protect the heads.
• Press . to resume playback.
Single Frame Movement
You can move backward or forward from the still picture.
Press the | button on the Remote Control. Each time the | button is pressed, the
frame will move forward one frame.
• Press . to resume playback.
Slow Motion
This VCR will play your cassette forwards in slow motion.
During still picture, press Ton the Remote Control. The picture will return to
still when you press | again.
• If the slow motion picture on the TV screen jumps vertically, press the PR+
and – buttons on the Remote Control until the picture is steady.
• Slow motion playback stops automatically after about 30 seconds to protect
the heads, then still picture resumes.
• Press . to resume playback.
