HDTV-ready LCD TV
HDTV delivers exceptional picture quality and real
movie-viewing experience that makes television
more dynamic, truer than anything you've seen
before. It is the latest and best television signal
available. It features picture quality more than twice
that of traditional analog broadcasts. In order to
effectively maximize the HDTV signal, a television
must incorporate advanced signal input connectivity
and circuitry design. To use HDTV the TV must be
connected through its component video or DVI inputs
to a DTV set-top box and set to operate in the DTV
mode.
Widescreen LCD TV
The screen's wider width to height aspect ratio
enhances the viewer's entertainment experience.
Built-in DVD player
A multi-format DVD player integrated into the LCD TV
that makes it easy for video fans and music lovers to
enjoy all widely accepted DVD and CD formats as
well as the increasing popular MP3 digital music
without the cost of purchasing and the hassle of
hooking up a separate player. The integrated player
is compatible with DVD, DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW,
VCD, CD, CR-RW, picture CD, MP3 and HDCD
discs.
3D combfilter
A 3D combfilter is a device that performs field-by-field
comparisons of the television image to accurately
separate the color from the black-and-white
information. It separates brightness and color signals
better in the 3D domain to eliminate cross-color,
cross-luminance and dot-crawl distortion - all of which
detract from your viewing pleasure.
Stereo sound system
A system that receives stereo broadcasts for high
power performance with exciting and lifelike sound
through dual speakers.
Multiple AV inputs
Multiple AV inputs accommodate a variety of format
choices in connecting video and audio devices (480i/
p, 720p, 1080i).
VGA input
VGA input provides a connector to accommodate
input of an analog signal for use as a PC monitor.
Easy tilt and swivel base
Screen tilt and swivel is a mechanism built into the
base permits the LCD TV to swivel and tilt backward
or forward.
