Timer Recording
4-Key Programming
Up to 16 timer programs, including weekly and
daily programs, can be recorded up to one
month in advance by setting the timer.
Preparations
Insert a video cassette tape with an intact
erasure prevention tab.
Confirm that the TV is on and the VCR
viewing channel is selected.
Turn on the VCR.
Check that the clock is set to the correct time.
If it has not been set, refer to page 18.
Press VCR/TV to select the VCR mode.
Example:
Program position (channel); 2
Date; 27 October
Starting time; 20:02
Ending time; 21:30
(Present date; 16 October)

Operations
1 Press PROG./ CHECK.
2 Set Program position (channel) to 2.
The next item will flash after about
2 seconds.
3 Set Date to 27SA.
4 Set Starting time to 20:02.
When kept pressed, the indication changes
in 30-minute steps.
5 Set Ending time to 21:30.
6 Press 1 to select the Category. Then,
select the desired category by pressing
3421.
