“PANASONIC BONUS GIFT PACK” PROMOTION CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. Information on how to participate in
the offer and gifts forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the offer is deemed acceptance of these
conditions of entry. 2. The offer is open to residents of Australia who purchase one of the following selected
Panasonic Viera IDTV models during the promotional period from a participating retail store: TH-50PX600A, TH-
42PX600A, TX-32LXD600A, TX-26LXD600A. Consumers who purchase a selected Viera IDTV model for commercial
purposes, are companies, businesses, government agencies or other entities are not eligible to participate in this
offer. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with the
promotion and the immediate families of these persons are ineligible to claim the offer. 3. The offer commences
at 9:00am on 09/10/2006 and closes at 6:00pm on 30/11/2006. The gift will be delivered to entrants at the postal
address stated on their claim form approximately 30 days after the claim form is received by the Promoter.
4. To qualify for the offer, eligible entrants must purchase a selected Panasonic Viera IDTV model during the
promotional period from a participating retail store. Entrants must then fully complete in the manner required the
claim form obtained from the participating store or at www.panasonic.com.au/promotions, attach a copy of their
store receipt for the selected Panasonic Viera IDTV model purchased and then mail the completed claim form and
copy of store receipt in a stamped envelope to: “Panasonic Bonus Gift Promotion” PO Box 249 Eastern Suburbs
MC NSW 2004”. To qualify for the offer, all claims must be received by the Promoter by 31/12/2006. No claims
sent by mail will be accepted by the Promoter after last mail on 31/12/2006. 5. Eligible entrants may only enter in
their own name and will be required to provide their name, email address, postal address, telephone number and
model number purchased in order to complete the claim form. Incorrect, incomplete or incomprehensible claims
will be ineligible. The Promoter and its agencies associated with this offer will take no responsibility for gifts
damaged or lost in transit. 6. Only one claim form will be provided per eligible purchase from each participating
retail store. The claim form must be an original and no copies will be accepted. Multiple claims will be accepted
but each claim must contain an original claim form, copy of the store receipt and must be based on a separate
purchase transaction. Each claim must be posted as required in a separate envelope. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for late, lost or misdirected claims. 7. All eligible claims received will receive their choice of either:
a. A Wallabies supporters pack consisting of 1 backpack, 1 rugby ball and 1 cap. Each Wallabies supporters pack
is valued at up to $130 (Recommended Retail Price including GST); or b. A Billabong Pro Tahiti pack consisting
of 1 Billabong Pro Tahiti towel, 1 Billabong Pro Tahiti wetpack and 1 Billabong Pro Tahiti cap. Each Billabong
Pro Tahiti pack is valued at up to $150 (Recommended Retail Price including GST). 8. Gifts are not transferable
or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the gift with a gift
of equal or greater value if all stock has been depleted. All warranty claims in respect of gifts must be directed
towards the applicable manufacturer and not the Promoter. 9. Each entrant must retain and present proof of
their purchase (including the original store receipt) in order to claim a gift. Eligible entrants may be requested
by the promoter to produce appropriate photo identification to confirm their eligibility to receive the gift offer.
Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. 10. The Promoter reserves
the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached
any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair
and proper conduct of the offer. 11. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable
for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which
is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with
taking the bonus gift or using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that
liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). 12. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s
name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or
compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this offer (including any outcome), and
promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. Entrants agree to participate
in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the Promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents.
13. All copyright subsisting in the claim forms remains the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects
personal information about entrants to include entrants in the offer and where appropriate award gifts. If the
personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the offer. By participating in
the offer, each entrant also acknowledges that a further primary purpose for collection of entrants’ personal
information by the Promoter is to enable the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving
goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with information on special offers or provide claimants
with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages. The
Promoter may share information with its Australian related companies who may contact entrants with special
offers. By participating in the offer, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use entrants’ personal information
in this manner. Entrants can also gain access to, update or correct any personal information by contacting the

personal information will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy in relation
to the treatment of personal information collected may be obtained at www.panasonic.com.au. 14. The Promoter
