Normal Mode
This function splits the image into 4 parts
without losing any of the data that would
normally be obscured by the PDP frame,
This mode allows a 2 x 2 video wall using a
total of four units without the need for an
expensive video wall processor. Two modes are
available. These are designed to accommodate
both Data and Video Displays. The four screens
can be connected using combination IN and
Typical 4 Screen Configurations
The PDPs offer a choice of three
dual picture modes for simultaneous
display of images from any of the
connected inputs. Any combination
of inputs and signal standards can
be displayed together:
Split-Screen
Intelligent Auto Setup
Auto Setup Mode: Allows instant ‘one-
touch’ screen synchronisation with a PC.
Auto Adjust Mode: Detects the PC signal
and automatically adjusts the position of the
image on screen.
Point Zoom
The Enhanced Point Zoom function lets you
instantly expand a PC image in three steps
(1.5x, 2.0x, 3.0x), great for emphasising key
points in presentations. The zoom navigation
sub-display area makes it easy to confirm
the expanded portion.
Energy Save Modes
In addition to the standard operating mode
the panels offer a choice of four energy save
modes:
Power Save: Maintains peak white
performance whilst reducing power
consumption by around 15 percent.
Intermediate: Reduces power consumption
further than power save mode, whilst
maintaining strong peak white performance.
Linear Brightness: Reduces the peak
intensity of high brightness images, effectively
improving screen life and minimising the
possibility of image burn.
Auto Brightness Control: A sensor
automatically adjusts the brightness mode
depending on room lighting.
Colour Detail Adjustment
Colour adjustment can be performed to
emphasise any specific colour without
affecting other colours.
Multi Language OSD
Easy to use GUI in seven languages. (English,
French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish
and Chinese).
Layered Keylock
A number of functions can be locked to
make the display system more secure. Lock
modes are On/Off, Main Unit Buttons,
Remote Control, Main Unit Button + Remote
Control and Memory Lock, which selects
input, screen and volume default settings
when the unit is turned on.
LED OFF Mode
The LED can be turned off even while the
PDP is in a Power On state.
Multi Picture Display
Picture-in-Picture: Small picture can be
moved to any of the four corners.
Picture-out-Picture: Larger image is
true XGA. (PDP-50MXE1)
Smart Cooling System
Internal fans are activated only when needed,
keeping fan noise to a minimum and
conserving power.
Screen Management Timer
Feature
When activated, several programmable
functions are performed, such as power ON
and OFF, Inverse mode and full mask.
Integrator Menu
An Integrator Menu is provided especially
for installers, and permits precise white
balance adjustment, as well as control of
various professional functions that enable
the display to be perfectly tailored to its
installed environment.
RS-232C Features
A supplied expansion card provides an
RS-232C external control interface and
combination terminals to permit operation
of the unit from a remote PC or control
system.
FRC Feature
FRC (Frame Rate Converting) synchronises
video and PC signals between 50Hz - 60Hz
compatible to the PDP VESA Standard, and
allows for perfect synchronisation of images
from a 24 frame film source.
Broadcast Modes
Professional broadcast features include an
overscan mode and colour off setting.
Adjusted Mode
Normal Mode
