Set body type information
Set your body type information before using Fitness mode.
In the main menu, select <Fitness>.
Select <Body Info>.
Set your current weight and the unit of measure.

In the main menu, select <Fitness>.
Select an exercise type, and then press o.

Set the duration of your workout.
Select a play option, and then press o.
Option Description
Now Playing Play the most recent music.

FM Radio Listen to a recently played FM radio station.
Shuffle Play Randomly play tracks.
