Trouble with the USB connection
Symptom
A beep sounds twice and data
cannot be transferred even if the
USB cable is connected.
The USB cable cannot be detected
even if it is connected.
The USB connection is
disconnected.
Remedy
•You may have locked the operation mode.
While pressing the [EXIT] button, press and
hold the [VOL–] button, and while pressing
these two buttons, press the [CH–] button
(page 38). The operation lock will be released.
• The settings are locked and cannot be edited.
Release the lock (page 223).
• Check that the AC power adaptor is connected.
The USB cable cannot be detected if the AC
power adaptor is not detected. Connect the AC
power adaptor to the Remote Commander.
• The AC power adaptor may be disconnected,
or the Remote Commander may be unloaded
from the Battery charging stand. Connect the
AC power adaptor to the Remote Commander,
and perform the USB connection again.
Trouble with installing “NAVITUS Design” and transferring
data
Symptom
“NAVITUS Design” cannot be
installed properly.
“NAVITUS Design” software does
not start, or you cannot select an
item from the menu.
Remedy
• Read “Setting up the Remote Commander
using “NAVITUS Design”” (page 25) in this
manual and reinstall the software.
• The software has not been installed properly.
There may be some problem with the
compatibility of the hardware or the software
of your computer. Uninstall the “NAVITUS
Design” software, and install it again.
