If you have a non-Toshibadevice or aToshiba devicethat
the remote control is not preprogrammed to operate, you
mustfirst program theremote control to recognize the
device (if you have not already done so) (r,; pages 25-27).
To use your TV remote control to operate a:
* Cable converter box or satellite receiver, set the
NODESELECTswitchto CABLE/SAT.
. VCR, set the NODE SELECTswitch to AUX1.
. DVD player or HT[B, set the NODE SELECT
switchto AUX 2.
Note: Even after the TV remote control is
programmed, it may not operate certain
features on any other devices. If this happens
and you wish to use those features, you will
need to use the device's original remote control.
