Question About RCA Flat Panel Television None
Black lines on top and bottom...

We purchased a new RCA flat screen tv two days ago. After connecting everything, we noticed that several chanels have a black line at the top and bottom of the screen. NOT all chanels. What can we do to get rid of them? Thank you for any assistance you can offer. Dave
