Question About Scientific Atlanta DVR 8300HD
Hi SA Support, I have a 8300HD and it boots up OK...

Hi SA Support, I have a 8300HD and it boots up OK, but it only hold the time for 2 seconds, then it goes back to the 4 Bars. Do I have a bad box, even though it is New. Do I need to send it the factory for rework. ?? If so, where ??? Thank You, Kurt desmoose@verizon.net
