I can’t connect to the Internet wirelessly.
If you are unable to connect to the Internet from a wireless
computer, please check the following items:
•Lookatthelightsonyourwirelessrouter.Ifyou’reusinga
Belkin Wireless Router, the lights should be as follows:
•The“router”lightshouldbeonandnotblinking.
If this is NOT the case, make sure:
•Therouter’spowercordispluggedin.
•Allcablesareconnectedbetweentherouterandthemodem.
•Allthemodem’sLEDsarefunctioningcorrectly.
Ifnot,seeyourmodem’susermanual.
•Reboottherouter.
•Rebootthemodem.
Ifyoucontinuetohaveissues,pleasecontactBelkinTechnicalSupport.
If you are not using a Belkin Wireless Router, consult
thatroutermanufacturer’suserguide.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Power LED does not come ON; Adapter is not working.
IftheLEDindicatorsarenotON,theproblemmaybethattheAdapter
isnotconnectedorinstalledproperly.VerifythattheAdapteris
pluggedfirmlyintotheUSBportofyourcomputer.Checktoseethat
thedriversfortheAdapterhavebeeninstalled.Right-clickonthe“My
Computer”icononyourdesktop.Choose“Properties”andnavigate
tothe“DeviceManager”andseeifyourUSBAdapterislistedwithout
anyerrors.Ifanerrorisindicated,contactBelkinTechnicalSupport.
